Enter the UK and European market with a product for which no category exists yet, and convince traditional retail of helping create it.
Our approach
We framed the category, produced a go to market plan for channel entry (DIY and consumer electronics), and onboarded the right partners. Operations handled pan-European fulfilment and drop-ship where needed. Retailers were trained and briefed how to answer the questions that matter.

Launched in 2023, the product secured listings with leading partners including John Lewis, Curry’s, Argos, Coolblue, MediaMarkt, Kostovolos, NetonNet and Bauhaus. Within just 3–4 weeks it was available in-store, with hundreds of stores activated and a healthy sales mix of 55% in-store and 20% online. The product quickly reached mainstream adoption, sustaining top-seller status with stable replenishment across Europe.
